Welcome to Eternal Wellness Collective. I’m Kathryn, and I’m here to guide women like you to achieve and sustain your health and fitness goals through a holistic approach. As a certified integrative health coach & comprehensive Pilates instructor, I take a whole woman approach to health - mind, body, and soul.
After navigating my own health and fitness journey, I discovered a three-phase method for true women's well being to take place:

Get to know me
I'm so happy you're here! I'm Kathryn — and for over 20 years, health and fitness have been at the center of my life. After navigating my own health challenges, I became deeply committed to helping women reconnect to their bodies in a way that feels grounded, aligned, and empowering.
As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, I blend my professional training with my personal healing journey to create the unique three-phase method I now share with the women I support.
I believe every woman deserves to feel good in her body — connected to her cycle, regulated in her nervous system, and confident in her health choices — all the way down to her tissues and bones.
There’s no “perfect” time to start your health and fitness journey — only right now. It is your birthright to feel incredible in your body, mind, and soul. And I truly can’t wait to work with you.
