My Story
My passion for wellness began in middle school when a teacher introduced our class to the Mediterranean diet and its profound impact on health and longevity. I was captivated by how nutrition, lifestyle choices, and mindset could create healthier, more vibrant lives. Despite this early spark, I spent 22 successful years in the beauty industry. By late 2023, however, I found myself uninspired and burnt out after owning a salon for years. Chronic stress had taken a toll on every aspect of my health—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Despite eating well, exercising regularly, and prioritizing rest, my body still felt off. My workouts weren’t delivering the results I expected, and I was constantly bloated, fatigued, and inflamed. I struggled with digestive issues, chronic rosacea, and mood swings that made me feel like a stranger to myself. Leading up to my menstrual cycle, I was overwhelmed with panic attacks, uncontrollable crying episodes, and a sense of hopelessness. I couldn’t keep living like that. Something had to change.


As I began preparing to close my salon, I started exploring nervous system regulation and, separately, experimenting with cycle syncing. Over time, I realized the two practices complemented each other perfectly. The missing piece wasn’t more effort or willpower—it was creating safety within my mind and body. Once I fully committed to practicing menstrual cycle awareness and supporting myself with nervous system regulation, everything shifted.

Inflammation disappeared, my skin cleared up, and my energy returned. My workouts became more effective, and I finally achieved my fitness goals—not by pushing harder, but by working with my body instead of against it. I also gained a deeper understanding of female body mechanics, allowing me to move in ways that felt better, built strength, and supported my long-term health. I no longer felt like a prisoner to my moods or my cycle—I felt balanced, resilient, and at ease. I could navigate situations that once triggered me without spiraling into fight, flight, freeze or fawn. For the first time in years, I felt truly safe in my body and mind.
Now, I’m passionate about guiding women through their own transformations. I believe every woman deserves to feel connected to her cycle, supported by her nervous system, and empowered in her health.
