Welcome to Eternal Wellness Collective. I’m Kathryn, and I’m here to guide women like you to achieve and sustain your health and fitness goals through a holistic approach. As a certified integrative health coach & comprehensive Pilates instructor, I take a whole woman approach to health - mind, body, and soul.
After navigating my own health and fitness journey, I discovered a three-phase method for true women's well being to take place:

Get to know me
Hi, I'm Kathryn! A former workaholic, people pleaser, over-exerciser, self-abandoner, gut detox obsessor, juice cleanser, emotionally dysregulated woman.
So how did I go from that woman to now guiding other women on their own health journey?
Well, it started with navigating my own health challenges after closing down my previous business due to burnout, chronic inflammation, chronic stress, and chronic digestive issues. Along the way I realized my old ways of “getting healthy” weren’t working this time - news flash: they never really work. Lot’s of quick fixes if you get my drift.
You see, what I came to discover was that I didn’t need another outside source to try and “fix” me - no juice cleanse, supplement, or green powder would do the trick. The healing would come from within. So I reconnected back to my menstrual cycle, learned how to regulate my nervous system, and found a way to move and nourish my body that I could actually sustain long term.
Now my mission is to guide women to reconnect to their bodies in a way that feels grounded, aligned, and empowering - so you can finally achieve and sustain your health and fitness goals. After all, I believe with all my heart it is your birthright to feel incredible in your body, mind, and soul.
As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, I blend my professional training with my personal healing journey to create the unique three-phase method I now share with the women I support.
