Our journey together begins with a discovery call - a chance to connect, explore your goals, and set the foundation for your transformation.

We’ll meet weekly 1:1 via Zoom for a 50-60 minute session tailored to your unique needs. Our sessions are a blend of science and soul:

• Then, we’ll focus on discovering and expanding your window of tolerance, allowing your nervous system to grow more flexible and resilient.
